Depsite my 2 previous unsuccessful applications in Novi Sad & in Subotica I decided to try that time in Serbia in the Capital city of Belgrade (BG), I register my company in Stari Grad, and that time is Successful.

How that time I did ?
-I got a 5 years APR electronic signature from the Serbian Post, this probably help in submitting documents online and offline.
-I applied directly in APR Belgrade (52) with my Passport translated to Russian and Notarized from The Russian Notary and the Formular from the APR,
-I were approved within 7 working days and opened a Business Account, When you apply for a Business Account you must probably get a White Card from the Police Station and it is Valid 3 to 6 months., Now there is only 3 Banks that could open an account only with the APR docs, a White Card from Police & a Foreign Passport.
The Best Banks for Foreigners are Intesa, OTP, Pro Credit, Alta & Postal Saving Bank or last one Halk Bank. others Mostly required a Permanent Residence Status Or a Serbian Passport.
I recommand you for the first year not to apply for The lump tax system, just apply for Micro and Bookkeeping system with annual report and without the VAT, you can generate up to 6 Millions Dinars a Year without changing the tax system.
I recommand you to be patient to Setup a Company in Serbia as it takes from few days to few weeks don't hesitate to try again if it were unsuccessful.
