Removing from Yerevan — to Gyumri —

Dear Readers, this is an Update of my Current staying in the Republic of Armenia were i setup a Business as Entrepreneur:

I am currently Removing from Yerevan to Gyumri —, Where i rent a Flat since the 06.02.2025 (for 1 year), and developping my online Business from Northern Armenia —.

I am now updating my Personal Situation in Gyumri —, i were traveling from Yerevan — to Gyumri by the Russian Train of the "South Caucasus Railways".

Why i Choose Gyumri —

— Much More affordable Real Estate, you can become Owner from 400EUR per Square Metter and the Rent is 4 Times cheaper than Yerevan.

— The City is connected by Railway to Yerevan and Tbilissi (Georgia)

— The City is Small but Developped, 2nd city of Armenia, with 122K Inhabitants.

The price of renting a Flat in the Northern Capital of Armenia is 2 or 3 times cheaper than in Yerevan.
