Best European Countries for Asylum, The Good *One's Experienced Countries List: (for Russian Citizen)
In this Blog Article, I will Write about my experience regarding the most Friendly States to get a Status, and this Status could be an Asylum, or Refugee, Status.
As I already wrote, in my Biography I left Ukraine and Kiev Region in 2022 due to the War and Big Political Arassment and 2 days in Jail due to my ex Wife abuse to me, after my 2020 Ukrainian nationality application.
I could also Highly recommand you if you are from a European Human Country to Migrate to the Russian Federation, and not to Ukraine. As Russian Federation, will protect your "Human Rights" but Ukraine is not likely to do.

Based on my Applications I could tell you that:
1-"Poland" (N°1 in E.U): is a Good Place to apply for an Asylum or Temporary protection, you could do this in Warsaw exclusively. They provide protection to person under treat in their country of Origin or Permanent Residence, I were able to get a Temporary Protection on the stop as I demonstrate a Political Risk for myself in france. (Could be without biometrics)

2-"Russian Federation": The Russian Federation is a Top Human Being place, They protect the "Human Being", I personally got a Temporary protection in the Russian Federation depsite I were promessed to be grant a Russian Passport by the Kaliningrad MVD due to my de facto special "Russian Origin".
(Full biometrics taken during the application,delay to be granted is 2-4 months, special receipt is given during the waiting decision)
- I were Granted the 1 year Temporary Asylum in 2023, due to my Kidnapping in Palanca (Moldova land) by the Ukrainian armed Forces. If you have an Interpreter and Serious Grounds to seek an Asylum then in 'Moscow" or «Kaliningrad» you could probably be granted 1- (to be granted Asylum or Refugee. you need to proof your persecution, mostly with documents or Whitness testimony)
They didn't kept my Passport but they can keep your Passport only and release it after expiration of your "Asylum".

3-«Moldova»: Chisinau have Migration Office, special office located in the suburb near a Military Zone, you could easily apply and get a Protection from the State, I mean they give you an Asylum for 3 months, each 3 months they prolong for another 3 months with a Stamp.
(biometrics are taken during application, Asylum receipt is usually granted on the Spot the same day with usually a 3 months validity)
Officers rely mostly on your interview speech to be grant an Asylum, some paper evidence could be also required.
In my Case they kept my old French ID Card and I didn't ask her back. I were interviewed but they took nothing else from me except grounds copy for the Asylum.

Where I didn't applied due to difficult procedure:
"Switzerland": I didn't apply in Bern, you can apply only in the Capital city, regional offices will send you to Bern for the application, there is "no possibility to apply in main or Big cities"
Too much strict and long procedure without any Guarantee to be Granted the Asylum, You will need to be without your personal effect (they will keep your personal effects, nobody will give you paper about your rights as Asylum seeker and term of the procedure as Moldova, and Russia, does for example) There is also a security control at the Asylum point in Bern.
The decision not to apply were based on my opinion, "the Asylum procedure in Switzerland is not clear and there is no specific advantages".

"Armenia": I tried to apply for the 1 year Residence Card (based on my Armenian Business) but they found a Reason not to accept my application, the Head of the «erevan» Migration Office didn't like my Evisa granted on my Antarctica Passport then they refused to take an application for a 1 year Residency as Antarctica World Citizen.
(So we can't discuss anymore about that)
-Big disadvantage, you cannot apply in «Vanadzor» or "Gyumri" for the Migration Status, because in that one cities it's will be more easy. There are no Migration offices in «Vanadzor» and "Gyumri", Cities that remain in the Russian Sphere of influence depsite erevan political shift.
The Asylum application office located at the same building seems to be adequate but Asylum procedure remain unclear and long as no one is working there and could explain your rights and procedure terms.
