Rules. to Establish in "RF" safely and for long term,, ✓

In this article I will tell you how to establish in Russia for a long term, safely and with a minimal Risk for you.

The Main Rules are to follow Strictly the Migration Rules of the RF, of the Russian Federation to avoid any future problems (except if you are Russian, or have very close Relative in Russia that could support you)

If you are from the "West" you probably need a Visa to live in the RF. The Question is now what Visa you need to enter in RF and Settle in Russia, I will also told you what are the most Adequate customs Border points to enter and exit Russia and possible others crossing points. This is crucial when you enter or exit the RF.

The "Visa" Question: Please check below infos carefully.

1- Tourist Visa, if you want first Visit Russia I recommend you the 2 Entry 90 Days Visa or the 6 months multi entry Visa. The cost with invitation to process this Visa is 35€ the Visa and 20 to 50€ the invitation (goingrus.com, site from St Petersburg) or others sites from Moscow.

Processing Time is usually 15 Days in Poland.

2-Business Visa, if you want to build a Business or a Visit Russia for doing any kind of Business or meeting it is recommended to apply for that Visa, you could apply for 3 months up to 1 year entry, it is recommended to apply for no longer than 1 year because you could be denied entry at the border for longer Visa terms except if you have a Business in Russia with a Work contract.

Advantage of a Business Visa, you could apply directly for a Work permit on the Russian Land without the need to come back to your country of origin. Or EU.

3- Ideologic Visa, Contact your nearest Russian consulate to know about that Visa.

 4- <<Enter illegally>> Enter unlawfully in Russia and Register*, the Best solution is that one for long time establishment, the point, you must already have with you a Migration Card from Russia (to register), also own your Property in the RF and then with a Passport and property deed you could register yourself forever and access all basic Human Services in Russian.

If you are registered* (choose good the city,) you can't be expelled from Russia, it will be extremely difficult to deport you.

This solution if you don't plan to leave Russia in the nearest future.

5- Enter in Russia with a 30 days E-Visa for tourism, you could ask an online Visa for the Russian Federation, and also an Asylum Temporary asylum or a Refugee Status. If you can prove that you are really in Danger at your county of Origin or Residence  you will probably be Granted an Asylum Status that must be prolong each year usually.

This Visa could be asked online exclusively and cannot be asked in a Consulat.

Importants Points when you are in Russia,

1- During the first 48H of your arrival you must Register yourself at a Hotelz if not hotel you must go with the Owner of the apartment or House to Register at the local MVD.

2- Ask for the RVP if you want to Stay in Russia, if you have grounds for get a Residence permit then ask the local unit of migration office and appoint a meeting.

 3- Ask for the VNG if you want to Stay in Russia, if you have grounds for get that permit then ask the local unit of migration office and appoint a meeting.

Crossing Points:

Find the points before you go👍, you must choose carefully because you could be blocked at the border in case of wrong choices.

If you arrive by Land, it is preferably to cross the border at the border of Poland/Kaliningrad oblast, from Polish side, their are regular Buses as Ecolines that Cross that border.(Not recommended to go at the St Petersburg Land border crossing points)

If you arrive by Air you would preferably take a flight From Serbia to (Moscow) or Turkey to (Moscow)

If you want to combine the Road and the Train, you could cross the Border at the Belarus as Visa are Mutually Recognized and then take a Train from Minsk to Russia Mainland.

Last option is to go to Georgia and to Cross the border to Caucasus there by Land, the longest trip but you arrive to the most Adequate part of the Russia (I don't recommend to go to Kazakhstan or China if you hold an European passport)
